oh didn't realise it was you! it's rumoured that there's one or two holdouts who want to find Kyle guilty, hence why it's taken so long. also they are not sequestered so they get to go home, and while technically they're not supposed to discuss the case or look it up, i doubt they actually follow that rule. also school was closed because of fears of violence and they probably could hear the protestors outside the court, so it's almost impossible for the jury not to be affected by it.
i don't think jury trial's a common thing, but this trial was good for the dramaconomy at least because a shitload of dumb stuff happened and it just keeps getting worse! but the narrative from the MSM is really scary, i'm pretty sure i had the impression that he killed black people or something

If defense did let college professor on jury, they might deserve it. You could probably get cancelled just from the gossip you served on KKKylie's jury and exonerated him. It might be career suicide. They MUST hang this jury to be a hero.

depends whether it was declared a mistrial with or without prejudice, if it's with prejudice they can't retry due to double jeopardy, if without prejudice the DA can still draw charges (doubtful because the prosecution has been a shitshow lol)

I had jury duty a couple weeks ago. It paid $25/day for the 2 days of selection, then if you get picked it paid $10/day for the duration of the trial. So unless you're the poorest of poorcels it's not the gravy train you might expect.
