Thanks. I will actually try that. I rly am willing to try anything. I also know I need to start running again (works great for me as an antidepressant). I did well for several years without medication but life has been kinda cruel the last 12 months or so. I'll see you May 1st homie.

lyrica is like gabapentin i think. i take topiramate and beta blockers which is kinda the same thing
and then on top of that blast an extremely high dosage of effexor xr.
