There has never been a person in human history whos has gotten fat eating fruits you dumb R-slur.
People saying you can't eat fruits are fatties who don't eat them to begin with.
I literally used to get like 150g of sugar from fruits alone with 0 issues (mango and watermelon in the summer).

When you snack on them all day cause you think they're healthy the calories add up, you cute twink. Altough I'll agree with you that that's not how most people get fat. But it's not uncommon that fats trying to lose weight overeat fruits cause they're 'healthy' and are not losing weight.

10 cups of blueberries (around 4 pounds) is 800 kcal.
Please explain to me how this is adding up to make you fat.
Are you eating 30 pounds of fruit every day?
Outside of like avocados I don't think any fruit has that much kcals.
Even those GMO football sized Walmart mangos that they sell in the summer that are like 2.5 pounds are only 700 kcals and you'll probably throw up if you eat 2 of them given their massive amount of fiber and water.

Yes when people talk of fruit they think of blueberries.
If you snacked on like three bananas between meals it would be about extra 400kcal. But who counts that cause fruit are healthy.

Apples and berries are the most common fruits?

Non neurodivergent people tend to differentiate between fruits and berries. Might as well say fruits are a good diet food since tomatoes are technically fruit. If you want actually good food for you eat vegetables and stop being an r-slur.

It can cause kidney damage in large enough amounts, but you pretty much have to live off fruit for it to happen.
