seconding the pinggrouplovers membership. Anyway: I made some nice spinach (from frozen).

If you're not familiar how: microwave on low setting to not overcook it. ADD SALT (I hated spinach because I got it under-salted). Add cream, a good amount (like 1/8th, if butter then less). For seasoning I like white pepper, combines better than black pepper.

What's your approach to spinach?

Not really, no, but it's cheap. also nutritious. it's eastern european and much better than kale
