(Personal drama) Still trying to find an institution for my severely neurodivergent niece and hate reading these medical reports

Part of what I'm doing is going through every document provided by the institutions (Pretty much just possible future peer info that's heavily redacted) and I don't trust any of them to provide an accurate report. How the frick am I supposed to be okay when the only sections of the reports spelled correctly are copy and pasted from EMRs and something basic like ASD is spelled ADS, GMDD is spelled GGMD and there are typos everywhere. Doctors misspell shit all the time but gets fixed in a correction note within 15 minutes. These are the most recently updated records that are some over 6 months old.

I've been pretty busy and finding a hard middle ground on what's too difficult or too easy. Also most of them were just stolen from my personal library of questions I've submitted over the years for STEP and boards. Sadly that's drying up

They're fun to see people's responses. They mostly are a no shit answer, guided to an obvious answer or a ‘start asking questions' answer but the asking questions threads get pretty fricking garbage questions that don't actually matter.
