I was at 5'10” at 200 pounds (around 90 kg for my friends on the other side of the pond) yes not as lean as I would like it but I was in good health nonetheless. I was not morbidly obese and although I was not hitting the gym every day, I would at least walk my dog every day and have at least a minimum of 30 minutes of walking.

It's crazy how much never exercising fricks you. I feel as good as I did when I was 18, and am a lot stronger and more resilient, but my friends who never exercised are all decrepit and middle aged at 30. Shits tragic

I think we all know they don't properly exercise though. It's always shocking to me just how many people do literally no fricking exercise. It's just not part of their life or routine in any way.
