I am of the possibly unpopular belief that you can't ethically employ someone who can't afford to say no. Whether you're buying butt or getting an extra pair of hands for moving. It's definitely an inconvenient belief.

Also I mean, while I do get what you're saying from a. Oh yeah, I am not necessarily thinking of it from a consent standpoint, more thinking about leverage. Fishing boats staffed by modern slaves that pay for the privilege of work, buying someone's wedding rings for pennies on the dollar, getting blown for a ride.
