We really need to do away with notion of innocent until proven guilty in the case of livestreamed criminal offenses. The livestream should constitute a guilty plea and result in the harshest possible sentence for the crimes being admitted to. It's not the 1500s any more, and wasting the public's time and money on months and months of court for things like this is r-slurred.
