Rich chuds don't migrate, they live in comfy gated communities and buy summer houses in the US, though my uncles are interested in buying a summer house in Portugal because they like the weather there despite the fact none of them have portuguese surnames or ancestry. And many of those in Italy are soys with Italian citizenship thanks to ancestry (some great great nono who came as a child in the 1890s). Speaking on ancestry, around 5 million brazilians are eligible for Portuguese citizenship due to ancestry (at least one Portuguese grandfather).
