I don’t really have any friends largely because I live in a place without people. I guess I could bring them to work.
I really highly recommend sous vide for poultry, as it guarantees that it dries out zero percent. It makes things remarkably easy. You can also reuse the fat too, it’s still in the bag. I’ve never cooked a duck so I’ll shut up.

I settled on a good whole wheat bread but since I love to make paninis, maybe I should try focaccia next. I won’t make it pretty since only foids care about that. Duh.
