More than 60% of my identical applications with a Punjabi name received a response, including some interview offers.
If Canadians hate ray-cism so much, then why are we mass importing a large number of people who only want to work with their own caste?

I've been having the same issue here in Surrey BC. At the warehouse I worked they hired an Indian manager. After that all the white ppl were fired and replaced with Indians. Then he moved my shift from the morning to graveyards which the company knows I can't do because I take care of my disabled brother after work so I was forced to quit. That's why mayos need to start disproportionately hiring their own. Mayos definitely have a lesser in-group bias (at least among younger generations) than other races like poojeets. Apparently it's still higher but it probably has trended downward recently.
But also, why would you ever even want to work for an indian? I worked at a restaurant that was owned by an indian (who I never saw once, btw) and the restaurant had roaches for 6 months but the owner refused to shut it down to clean it. It was also just in a state of disrepair and our fridges would break down constantly

Mayos have an extreme sub-conscious in-group bias, they don't even realize it or see it, it's that there's an ideological brainwashing over the top that stops a conscious racial bias. We literally marry out the less out of all the races. An actual race with an out-group bias are the Filos, who want to mix with everyone and will accept basically anyone.
Mayos -do- end up disproportionately hiring their own in small to medium sized businesses. The main reason being most people get in through being a friend, a cousin or part of the sports club, and despite all the talk of diversity, most people live in insular ethnic circles with their own kind. White people don't set up to do so, but if they own a business most of the faces there will be white.
It's only when you pass a certain size and get HR departments and governments actually peering in that you get a
manager, and then the jeets proliferate. And they do so because they (rightfully) see the world as a zero sum game and opportunities for other races means less for yours. The problem is that too much of this can kill the business 
So you're increasingly seeing a situation where big businesses become ethnic enclaves for insular foreign races and most white people simply start working for small companies of 10-30 people. It's what was noticed with the DEI discrimination in the US, white people didn't just get shoved out of the workforce and on welfare, they ended up with jobs elsewhere and had consistent employment rates.
