Seriously though I'm looking now and Max has released 1 scripted, live action show this year. Paramount and Peapeepee have 2 each (ok for Paramount it's actually 4 if you count foreign language co-productions)

I guess they coast on extensive library, kids programming and included sports/news but man that's shockingly little.

As for RWBY itself I think it's a fun-bad kind of bad. I do like the character designs and a lot of the character premises though. I also think it's a setting with more promise than the actual writers could deliver on.

With RoosterTeeth pooping the bed what I want is a RWBY reboot with a real budget and new writers. And then someday a fighting game :marseypunching:
