How do they come up with murder for the guy that was following behind in his truck and still in his truck when the shooting took place? Sounds like an r-slured jury

Most states have laws where if you're committing a felony and someone dies you get charged with felony murder.

For example if I ask you to be a lookout for my drug deal and you shoot someone, I'm also getting charged with felony murder
