Exclusive Thanksgiving Award from @Mom

Thanksgiving is a holiday I hold near and dear to my heart. As many of you know, I faced hardship in preparations for this delightful holiday. It's as if the world wants to get it over with and get straight to Christmas (a holiday about a baby and an obese man who sets dangerous health standards for our most vulnerable youth). After three days of food prep, decortating, and polishing silver the feast is finally upon us. I'd like to honor those who choose to uphold traditions and take a quiet stand against the wilting away of arbitrary feasts wearing the guise of meaning.

So how do you gain such a prestigous award? Share a picture of your thanksgiving spread and you will be adorned with the first ever Thanksgiving award.

With love for all my children (who bothered showing up on this, the day of gratitude) @Mom

Professional kitchens are a ruthless place. Also, most of my tableware is hand-me-downs from old people or gifts from my wedding. You should check out estate sales to get the snazzy stuff on the cheap. Old people tend to have more than their kids want to take.

My phones acting up so I’ll just show you here and delete in a bit but hope you see it πŸ™πŸΎ Rosemary rack of lamb, potatoes au gratin, pork roast, salad not shown in pic. Made for my fwb, made Cornish hens earlier in the day for fam with sides and pie. No fancy tableware 😞
