[SERIOUS] Im making a hoi4 mod in which rdrama plays a relatively minor role, what should the national ideas be, the leader (4 possible leaders, leftist, far right, dictatorial, libtard) and generally what should the feel of the nation be?

I have a bit of an issue with knowing all of this places history so i request that you help me a bit with this, this is an undesclosed epic blockbuster hoi4 mod... Im working on.... But ... Yeah.. Be serious about this pls thxalot

General feel would be an Anarchist free-state with several strong cultures existing together out of necessity because they're too small to survive as city states. Limited interaction between cultural enclaves allows for a gradual evolution towards a common culture but that's generations away at best.

Leadership would be dictator, every few years/decades the dominant culture is overthrown by a rival one.
