That's bad... that means that the image is flagged as child porn. Either it already exists in the NCMEC database as CSAM, or Groomercord detected it as novel CSAM. Every image has a unique MD5 hash, so the government and businesses maintain a database of all of them as well as a subset that are marked as CP. when you upload a file, it gets scanned and accordingly flagged if it matches their CP database. Microsoft and Apple store MD5 hashes of everything you upload to your onedrive or iCloud too.
