The problem is any discipline enacted on a work from homer will be framed by the work from homer as retaliation because they work from home. It doesn't matter what they did or how poorly they performed. They will always have an excuse as to why it's actually management's fault and they're just being picked on. They can't be trusted to give an honest accounting which is why they need to be in the office where they can be watched. I fricking hate work from home. Go to work you piece of shit.
