Fricked up my schedule yesterday and passed out around noon due to saying goodbye to friends traveling international. I've been up about 12 hours so pretty sure being drunk is fair game.

Unlikely. Low doom and liver function have way too many causes to give any cirrhosis Dx. Follow up with your doc and do what's recommended like metabolic panel, kidney function, and observe for any yellow of skin or nails. Depending on how long you've drank or your overall age, hx of smoking, maligned diet, fluid intake, or multiple other non expressed can cause those results. If you're truly concerned, advocate for a liver bx and go from there but you're unlikely to die.
