I'd say it depends on the age really, like past 30 if you're not at least considering single parents things are gonna get a little tough depending on your socio-economic background.
But yeah a lot of shit-talking chuds would bend over backwards for this chick, many would just seethe quietly until their brains came to some kind of rationalization that would make it okay.
The known unknowns are really what's driving the toxicity here. While the racial aspect is heavily involved, the unga-bunga caveman brain reaction is from the fact that most fellas hate the idea of the woman they're seriously dating having previously settled for a lower-status dude that didn't put in as much effort to treat her as well. This sort of thing happens all the time in same-race couples but black guys have this as an default stereotype regardless of how the relationship actually went down*. The whole thing is about a fundamental anxiety over partners regardless of race (moreso than any peepee size anxiety) but is most easily triggered when seeing a visibly mixed child. Black guys have this anxiety too, albeit not as much race focused, which is why they often do leave their baby mommas and heavily roast perceived "simps".
The real thing that should make a dude cautious about these single moms is their socio-economic background really. Regardless of what race their child is they're often not the best at the things that keep marriages stable and happy, and thinking that a non-mixed kid means you're safe is just bait.
*Hulk Hogan kind of highlighted this point when his daughter dated some black dude and he complained that he wasn't some superstar athlete or anything. It's the assumed status and assumed amount of effort put in that triggers the spergouts.
