The leaked document, which claims his young daughter tested positive for cocaine with a hair follocle test, is believed to be a series of screenshots from a public terminal at the KCHHS office. Just some clarifications:
The hair follicle drug screen tests for metabolites of drugs in the hair. It wouldn't pick up trace amounts of it on the hair strands themselves, meaning one would only test positive if they injested it.
Nick implicitly confirmed the documents authenticity during his stream, saying it thought the timing was odd that court docs were being leaked the night he returned to streaming.
