I didn't dig too deeply but it sounds like some character is in the new show but their stated age would mean this is impossible so it's been changed on the wiki thing. That could be shite but I think that's the issue.

No, the scene cuts and we don't actually see the fight. It was lame as frick.

Bet we don't see the fight next week either, probably will come in on the aftermath.

The show writers already admitted to not filming a fight scene and death of a character (instead it happens off screen) because they didn't have the budget for it. A weird thing to say given the show already cost 180 million fricking dollars. I have no idea where the money went.
