This gets interesting because Martin's parole conditions for whatever shit he did years ago require him to not associate with convicted felons, so if the shitcoin had Trump's blessing he goes back to prison, but if it didn't have Trump's blessing it's just plain fraud and he also goes to prison. Shkreli is fricked no matter what lol oopsie.
