Anything for "troubled teens" is also a total magnet for predators (both older children and adults) speaking as someone who saw a lot of fricked stuff while getting past opiates/benzos.
Most efforts to "protect" children end up putting them in situations where they're captive to freaks.
So you really do gotta wonder what the committed activists seeking to separate children from their parents (where they're statistically safest) are really after.
