My wife and I have been watching
the grandkids while their parents, my son and DIL, are on a mission
trip. This afternoon I gave the kids ice cream cones and after they had finished
eating
them I noticed my six year old grandson had vanilla ice cream all over his face. As I used a wet paper
towel
to wipe the icecream
off I suddenly had a flashback of having c*m wiped off of my seven
year old face. After I had regained my composure I looked at my grandson and wondered how anyone could harm such an innocent
and vulnerable child. He is so trusting, so loving
and so honest it is hard to believe
anyone could hurt to him. Unfortunately there
are people who would
do just that if given the chance.
