What about him? Do you think Gandhi brought a revolution?

Mahatma Gandhi, in fact, condemned the riots and the ratings' revolt. His statement on 3 March 1946 criticized the strikers for revolting without the call of a "prepared revolutionary party" and without the "guidance and intervention" of "political leaders of their choice".

Nooo you can't just mutiny without us telling you to you dumb peasants nooo.

In fact, after Kheda satyagraha ended, Gandhi aggressively started campaigning for the war as a recruiting officer of the empire

Our independence was granted by the Anglos because of domestic politics and American pressure, . Gandhi did not do shit. Except get many dumb retards injured/killed obeying him and his 'tardation.

I've read about the Navy mutiny, iirc a good chunk of the Indian officers and enlisted were not for it but the mutineers just chucked them into the ocean. Meanwhile, the based Army stayed loyal to the Crown. :marseysalutearmy:

And Gandhi condemning the mutiny could be seen as tit for tat given that it was (mostly) supported by the Commies and led by them who were the ones who sided against his WWII protest.

Yeah so? The bulk of Indians were loyal to the Empire at this point, I wouldn't be surprised if it was higher than 95%. The Amritsar massacre was set off the domino chain that started turning Indians into independencists.

Classic yank meddling, broke the buck that was the bong's empire piece by piece.
