My daughter has 3 college degrees. We had her remove some off her resume and she suddenly got her a plethora of job interviews. Yall white women got a lot of work to do on yourselves as far as hiring and self esteem.

I've worked at a few places that follow a policy of "if you have more than a bachelor's + relevant Grad degree" we wouldn't interview you. Frankly speaking, it generally just means you were too or in college and we just don't want that vibe.

yeah just about the only time two separate unrelated degrees could be there are if you like switched careers or something, and then the relevant one better be much more recent and the non-relevant one, frankly, should be a footnote, or maybe something you bring up in the in-person interview
anyways back to OP:
yeah I wonder if the attitude of "i don't need this job it's just to distract me from life" might have contributed in some fashion
