But you're not an introvert, it's not normal that you haven't left the house in one year. That's not "just what introverts do." That's a you problem. Oh, you avoid eye contact when people are talking to you? You can't go to parties because you're too socially anxious? Ha. Doesn't sound like something you should be incorporating into your identity with a label like "introvert." Sounds like problems. Problems you need to solve. Sounds like fundamental personality issues that aren't going to get better if you hide them under the label of "introvert".
