The leaker doesn't work for Twitch anymore and probably never signed the NDA in the first place so

Then the leaker shouldn't have had access to the information, if he never signed the NDA, which means Twitch higher-ups would have to admit that they immediately blabbed about the whole thing to an office of people who weren't beholden to silence. Someone is probably in a position to get seriously fricked here, they're probably just betting on the fact that Doc won't want the chat logs to come out in discovery.
