I think its an attempt to imply a better system exists, when there really isnt many examppes of one. I for one cant think of a prison system that has incarcerated more people, can you?

This guy's comics are such a joke because they always illustrate the most obvious issues in society while putting out no attempts to come up with a better solution. It's impotent whining in comic form

That and most of his more preachy SJW comics are so impotent they often defeat themselves - like his looong comic complaining about the portrayal of fatties in film, only to have himself cut off in the last panel by a film exec strawman who doesn't care and wants more embarrassing fatties in movies. Problem is the artist is straight up admitting (without realizing it, because he's an r-slur) that nobody cares about his opinion.
