A group of undecided Latinx voters said they would vote for President Joe Biden after watching his Thursday night debate with former President Donald Trump.

So, like, is this from a scientific poll, or just a small focus group, or what?

But some Latinx voters said otherwise, according to the American Spanish-language TV network Univision.... A clip posted on X shows the group being interviewed by a journ*list

So this makes it sound like it's just some randos being interviewed rather than anything actually meaningful

In the most recent Times/Siena poll, carried out by The New York Times and the Siena College Research Institute, 45 percent of Latinx people said they would vote for Biden and 44 percent said Trump. (In the 2020 election, Trump received 32 percent of the Latinx vote, up from the 28 percent he received in 2016.)

God. Fricking. DAMMIT, well it looks like the only thing worth actually looking at in the article is incredibly gloomy rather than positive

So this makes it sound like it's just some randos being interviewed rather than anything actually meaningful

But it's posted with a misleading title, upvoted to the top of NL and taken at face value by most commenters.
