There's always going to be some fringe groups with wild beliefs. You still need the evidence of Russian bot farms. That US investigation in 2018 or 2020 showed two Russian Facebook pages with 1000 or so followers each. That was the only "smoking barrel" that I've seen, and it's flimsy evidence of widespread propaganda that's also effective.
A good misinformation campaign would be Russiagate since tens of millions of Democrats fell for it. Some still believe that Trump and Putin are colluding despite that FBI report finding none of that. That's effective propaganda.

The Russian influence campaign was much larger and more successful than a couple facebook pages. The Senate Intelligence Report goes over all of it. Far-rightoids went from hating Russia to simping for them in the span of less than a decade.
