Code monkeys are having a crisis because it's no longer a seller's market and they are easily replaceable. I'm sure some code monkey will reply telling me he's so important and has a really special job and everyone respects him at his job, but we all know he's just the dude nobody talks to and is too annoying to invite to lunch.
