On one hand, yeah, his history demonstrates that he doesn't give a frick, so him holding a knife is probably an indication that he wants to frick someone up.

On the other hand, he's going 3mph in a wheelchair. Just throw a pipe in front of him or something. The only consideration here is if he was capable of getting up and going after someone without the wheelchair.
