It's like being a photographer in New York taking your photograph at the right moment when the second plane goes through, you need to get the photo and not care about how it doesn't look like some art bullshit.

If you look at a lot of Vucci's stuff he lives by this. He isn't afraid to let it blur, he cares about getting the right opportunity. If you are creating "value" with a photo then while it is important to take your time photographing a tree, landscape, the value of getting a photo capturing an important event is so much more than sharpness, exposure, even composition. So you get uncharacteristically frantic shocks. Part of it is also just that the photographer himself is in a panic, shootings and all that.
