How was the fricking Court packed? It's still at 9 justices, you disingenuous frick. If you're whining about fricking Garland, you should know well how much of a political risk it was for McConnell to do that. Clinton never called him on it, never made it an issue during the campaign...and lost.
What's packing the Court is telling a respected jurist like Justice Ginsburg to retire because you're worried she'll die. What's packing the Court is moving to change its numbers so you can appoint more. What's packing the Court is attacking every decision you don't like because your pet super-legislature didn't vote your way.
Win elections and nominate justices, until then either propose to amend the Constitution or shut the frick up.
