Political leaning allowed multiple selections per respondent, so it looks like the U-16s went hog wild with labels
If you sum their percentages you get 221%, which means the average kiddo-respondent checked yes to more than two boxes.
This fits with my one bullshit response where I said I was a child trans femoid and checked all of the political boxes.

33% of all respondents chose socialist as a belief. 17 and unders make around 3,5% of all respondents. Even if all 17 and unders chose socialist how can these 3,5% be the #1 demographic in the socialists? I say stop the count!

This chart is focusing on ideology within an age group, not on age within the ideology - "among people under 16, 35% were socialists, 50% anarchists" instead of "among anarchists, 20% were 18-24, 35% were under 16" etc. And Lysis is saying you could pick multiple options, that's why it goes way over 100%.
The grouping is done by ideology not age which probably threw you off, but that's done because it's much better data - it clearly shows older people are more moderate - than just having under 16s bottom every time because they make up a miniscule amount of total users.
It's like if you wanted to do religious breakdown among races, and arranged the chart by totals - yeah asians of all religions would be bottom, everyone knows that, what you want to see is religions total w/o race factored in and then religion % by race, so "among asians, 70% are atheists, 15% christians" etc.
Sorry for not explaining it more clearly with better terms but hopefully you understand.
