Those aircons suck. The entire compressor sits inside your room generating heat so more than half of cool air that is pumped out is just totally canceled out.

Yeah it's little more than a glorified fan unforunately. I have one and I mostly put it in the bedroom an hour or two before going to bed. It's useless in the living room.
