I edited your words to be more palatable to my stance. There are times and places for everything. There are scenarios where I believe authoritarianism is warranted to combat threats to the body politic, but I don't think we in America will ever get there. Violence on the whole is abhorrent, from war to rioting. This is why I condemn both Bush, for starting two foreign and endless wars, and Black Lives Matter, for rioting and lynching cops in the streets.
I'm just glad we can agree on something.
