Think like a doctor #psychiatric answer

Interesting case shown to me for input because a lot of behavior is similar to what my patients have but manifesting in different ways. What drugs was he put on? Below is known patient hx.

Patient is an 11 y/o male Dx'd with ASD, GAD, ODD and MDD at the age of 6. Patient became violent with with parents and teachers and began a special education curricular program at the age of 7. At age 8, police were called due to patient attempting to throw himself in front of oncoming traffic on multiple occasions spanning 7 months. At age 8, patient was given a DDx of bowel inflammation and possible chrons disease that led to further suicidal ideation as his diet was something believed to be in his control. 3 months later, patient was Dx'd with celiac disease that led to further suicidal ideation. Patient was placed in a psychiatric 72 hour hold without consent after running from family house and attempting to drown himself. Patient transferred to a residential live in facility where suicidal ideation decreased but triggers were noted including abnormal views on masculinity (patient has hx of cross dressing and queer tendencies involving unhealthy attraction to adult males), increased aggression to not doing preferred activities and negative peer interactions.

Family Hx:

Patient is the son of parents and was described as a pleasant surprise. Both parents are Dx'd neurodivergent and have refused genetic testing. Parents claim to be unable to support him through strong depressive episodes and reached out to psychiatrist Dr. for help.

Pretty interesting case presented to me. Thought you guys might want to take a look into some unofficial doctors notes. The actual report is way more mundane and includes boring shit like info from accidental product of conception to birth to way too many words for me to read.
