Tips on how to achieve handsome boyish looks like me

I will share my secrets now how I achieved the handsome good looks i have today.

  1. Enough sleep. 8 hours per night at minimum is mandatory. A regular sleep schedule, e.g. 11 to 7 is highly beneficial too.

  2. No alcohol (regularly). It's really bad for you. If you have cocktails once a month or every two weeks that's hardly a problem but drinking regularly will have a big negative effect on you.

  3. Drink enough water. Sufficient hydration is very important and keeps your skin nice and smooth.

  4. Use sunscreen or other creams that will protect you from the sun. The sun's UV rays will damage your skin if exposed to it. It's best to either stay clear of them or at least always wear a sunscreen or a cream with a sun protection factor.

  5. Exercise regularly. This should incorporate both weight training and a kind of cardio.

  6. Eat healthy and not too much. Your focus should be on meats, fish, vegetables, fruits, and preferably complex carbs such as whole wheat pasta, brown rice, etc. That kind of diet will keep you healthy, thin and fit. Especially avoid foods that are very high in sugar and cook for yourself when possible.
