So what, exactly, are they suggesting to make it more “inclusive”? I’m trying to find concrete examples out of morbid curiosity.

If I had to guess, there's less equation solving and pure number exercises, and more word based thought exercises with more than one correct answer. Also no grades.

So actual problem solving, which I would tend to assert is more difficult than solving non-representative problems. Solving an integral is one thing. Setting one up based on the observed parameters of a real world problem is quite another.

The only thing that's racist is thinking blacks are naturally resistant to math and have to be tricked into learning it and then not grading them to find out if they did. I'm sorry, I mean making math more inclusive.
