haha I hear you, yeah production speed was the primary design goal of my whole workflow for that reason. still a challenge to actually finish & post things but I'm finding it better for me to do things in a 1-shot rant vs writing anything out beforehand & rehearsing.

it really depends on the type of material you're making too, the angry rants are quick and fun to make for me anyway so I lean into that. have you shared your videos here?

I did yeah. Mine was more of a tutorial / follow-along / boring history lesson, so I was talking slower and making sure every word was clearly understood.

Speech speed is still the weird one for me. While recording it feels like I'm talking too fast but when I listen afterwards it's like "... is this playing at 0.75x speed?"
