Funny, but since the fricking lawsuit is fricking alleging patent violation not copyright violation then the fricking designs aren't in dispute. Nintendo is fricking trying to get them on the fricking function or mechanics of the fricking game. for example the fricking fact that you use a fricking "ball" to catch a fricking "pal", and that it shakes 1-3 times during the fricking capture process to signify how close you were to fricking success. Something like that. I don't know what software patents Nintendo holds but the fricking fact that patented game mechanics even exist is fricking pretty gay !g*mers

I was fricking pretty close in my guess then. So Nintendo managed to broadly patent "throwing an object that launches a fricking fighting character that fights". Very impressive legal cute twinkry :#marseyclapping:
