The only actual hangover I had until my late 20s was after a hs graduation party where I'm legitimately surprised that I didn't die of alcohol poisoning in retrospect

Hydration and electrolytes yeah. If I'm smart I buy a pair of light blue Gatorade Zeros and drink one while I'm drinking and one the next morning and that usually lets me maintain full functionality the next day, just feeling gross. Last night was impromptu angry drinking though so I just had a little water and now I am paying the price.

Those days are the best, truly showcasing the miracle of life. One day I drunk only booze and no water and the next day I was having blood so thick that it was like jelly, and the heart was having trouble keeping up. I learned a valuable lesson that day about hydration and the vice of alcohol :marseythumbsup:
