This is funny bait, but what will happen if you actually do this is:
you will get a nice corp speak email telling you how to create a white people ERG, with a heavy emphasis on allyship
none of your coworkers will join because they don't care and also don't want to join your weird white supremacy group
if anyone does join, all you will have is a mostly dead mailing list and slightly more work than you had before, because now you have to organize a bunch of boring DEI allyship nonsense for your white people ERG while trying to maintain the illusion that you aren't a white supremacist.
if you actually do try to do something based with your white people ERG, you will get fired (obviously)
