This isn't unique to African blacks, homosexuals in san francisco would taunt and gloat to other homos in the clubs about how they now have the "gay cancer". I remember reading in salo forums one showing his sores and going
"I have the gay cancer, and now you have it too, you're going to die".
Sociopaths don't handle death well and want to drag other healthy people down with them. It's why it always turns out to be really old people that screw nails onto kids slides or leave razorblades on the swings, they're envious of their youth.
