Exonerations are mostly from "innocence" projects with the goal to get people out on technicalities, not because they're innocent. They also account for a small amount of total convictions.

Finally, the exonerations for White + Latinx is 44% for murder according to that video, which is the same percentage as the percentage of "White" murderers (includes Latinx). Black murder convicts are 55% of exonerated because they commit around 55% of the murders (and "innocence" projects are more likely to help them).
