Got there early, gates opened at 10 and we were around 830 I think? But it still took over 2 hours just to get in the gates where the real queue began. Energy was high and everyone was very friendly. Lots of vendors with dirt cheap pretty cool merch. And then there was this man doing really elaborate paintings too.

Excellent positioning and proximity to the stage. Lying our way onto the bleachers almost worked but the second guy wouldn't let us. But this was a fine spot.

Parachute guys were cool.

Some artist dude speed painted something to the Star Spangled Banner and it turned out ok but it was very weird when it was midway through so I took a picture to scoff at.

Trump Force One eventually arrived and interrupted McCormick iirc because everyone just wanted to see the plane carrying the President.

The guy who didn't flinch and just got really intense and angry waiting for Trump to get up after he got shot last time got to speak a bit wearing the same getup, he was pretty cool.

Vance was surprisingly high energy and has way better stage presence than I thought he does. Also kept wandering around the stage to look at everyone, him and Trump did that a ton instead of staying behind the three panels of bulletproof glass.

All in all I'd never do that again and my legs will be aching for at least a day but I feel it was good to do given what happened last time. Unfortunately 60000 other people had the same idea so it was ridiculously hot despite being a cool day. Fun experience, everyone was super nice, unique ultra high energy I've not seen anywhere else, I am taller than Tim Pool and three people I'm pretty sure were groypers (obnoxious, unfunny, losers, America First hats).

I got two shirts, a NEVER SURRENDER flag, a MAGA cowboy hat, a $15 hot sausage, and some seemingly out of her mind very handsy lady from Philly gave me what seems to be a schizophrenic book vaguely related to an election that I will never read.
