I mostly try to make 60s+ stuff but not engagement baiting. I get it as TikTok's RPM is partially driven by engagement but their monetization stuff is stupid and so much lower than YouTube's for me that it's not worth catering to. Although when I try to go shorter it typically flops on YouTube which is an issue I've been trying to figure out lol
