Sub nautica 2 is good too go as long as they can make it with current gen graphics.
Chronos the New Dawn is by bloober team the people who also recently made Silent Hill 2. @Fresh_Start trust them too make a good game. The possible release date is next year @Fresh_Start hear.
The third game is off the grid, which has had the guy who made district 9 involved with the game. Based on the trailer the game does indeed look cinematic and there might be something too evolving the action game medium by involving movie directors in it. No clue what the gameplay would come out looking like in the end. One can only hope for the best.

Anyways the mods of Vidya can suck it and @Fresh_Start hope their hole fails and people keep posting in a more free public space or build a second vidya hole than too deal with those whiny babies.
